Key to my Heart Tardis Pendant

Unlock the mysteries of time with this hand sculpted fine art Tardis pendant. This one-of-a-kind steampunk Dr. who art is made in several stages. First, the porcelain Tardis is sculpted, glazed & fired. Than it is incorporated into it's base made of copper and bronze elements joined together using wire wrapping techniques. Details are added with metal dyes, powders and crystals and epoxy is applied to add shine and even more dimension. In the last stage, a patina is applied the entire piece and it is burnished for that inside the Tardis, hit it with a hammer, antique look. Finally, two coats of sealer are applied to all the metal so the finish stays the way I made it and nothing rubs off on the skin. This piece was intended to be part of the Dr Who story, complete with dangling hearts and a special key.
